This 30,000sf private residence has it all; from a luxurious private movie theater to an audiophile grade whole house background music system. The Audio and Video systems blend seamlessly into the extraordinary architecture while the system's control processor unifies all the systems and minimizes energy consumption.

Our client requested an integrated system of advanced technology for their new shore home, which was under construction. They wanted a lot of integration, but on a very tight budget. Their list included: a lighting system, a whole house music system, a high-end media room, HVAC control, televisions throughout the house, and garage door control. Additionally, they also wanted secure remote access to the system. We delivered, and far exceeded their expectations.

We had just completed the home automation system for the rest of the home when our client expressed an interest in finishing their basement. Their goal was simple, create a private movie theater; an area where they could comfortably entertain friends. To meet this goal, we custom built a 7.1 theater with an HD projector, a 110’’ screen, as well as two rows of premium seating, and integrated lighting and HVAC control.

This large scale commercial board room includes a sound reinforcement system complete with microphones discreetly recessed into the meeting table. Presentations can be done on the 60" flat screen or for larger audiences a 100" motorized screen can be lowered to provide everyone a great view. Lapel microphones are provided for the presenters and HD audio-video conferencing capabilities rounds it off.

The client desired an integrated system that would blend within the contemporary architecture of the home. It had to be simple to use and have great audio and video performance despite the desire for technology to be invisible. He wanted the control of all the sub-systems to be under one umbrella including audio, video, security, lighting, climate, CCTV, pool, and shading.

This client knew that they wanted a large screen experience in the great room but were very afraid of, and did not want to see any of, the technology. The objective for us was to install a 60” or larger display with a high performance surround sound system, and when it was off, have it disappear; absolutely nothing could be seen. Of course, the system control had to be very intuitive and simple to use. We succeeded on all fronts.

Frankentek was brought in on this special project. This training facility needed to be simple for any instructor to operate with large illuminated buttons, and shared view of the student's monitors. Instructors lessons on the white board at the front of the room are displayed on each of the student's monitors.

This Executive meeting room conceals the 50" flat screen television when in use... but when everyone leaves, the boss can kick back and watch golf for the afternoon.

This Clients goals were simple. Create an area where the children could play and entertain friends while adding a private movie theater. We were to build a 7.1 theater with two rows of seating, lighting control, HVAC control, a projector, and a 120’’ screen on a strict budget.

This room started out as an attached Greenhouse... complete with a jungle of plants and enough light to grow flowers year round. Our Client wanted to transform the room into an entertaining space...complete with a pool table, flat screen tv on one end, and a motorized 110" projection TV system on the other. Careful use of light control combined with precision engineering created a truly amazing space that works perfectly for entertaining and relaxing.
